Pearl Speak

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Pearl Speak (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. The App is operated by Right Curve Labs Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts and Data

The App does not currently require a user account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining access to your device
  • Any information you choose to enter or manage in the App

Your app data is stored locally on your device. We do not currently store that data on our servers.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

The App does not currently offer paid features, purchases, or subscriptions. We do not currently collect payment information.

If paid features are introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated before those features are made available.

5. User Responsibilities

You may not:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
  • Interfere with the App, related services, or other users
  • Use the App in a way that infringes another party’s rights

6. Intellectual Property

Pearl Speak, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Right Curve Labs Ltd or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App unless we give you written permission.

7. Service Availability

We may:

  • Modify features
  • Temporarily suspend service
  • Release updates to the App

We are not liable for service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may restrict access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm the App, our services, or other users.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of generated or app-provided information
  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free functionality

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Curve Labs Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Service interruptions

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence unless otherwise required by applicable law.
